Apex Outbound Telemarketer (6-weeks)
We individually had to call both previous webinar attendees and fresh SMEs to promote and sell complimentary coporate program.
Aim: to attain successful sales appointments or at least complete/incomplete pitches

Grityard Social Media Project (6-weeks)
We are helping Grityard to develop a detailed Customer Experience (CX) Playbook which will provide them with customer insights, recommendations and metrics for them to implement so as to elevate customer experience.
Aim: Grityard to know customers better and have a stable/loyal customer base
Roles: Conduct founder questionnaire, Member questionnaire during 2 gym sessions, Individual audit findings from different outlets (CBD and Outram Park), 2 Customer Journey Maps CJMs based on 2 personas, Branded CX Models, CX Playbook slides, Daily meetings/presentations to update and work closely with supervisor, Mr Jay.

Redpins AI App Development FYP
A diverse group consisting of engineering, business, IT, design (UI/UX) and Aerospace students work together on a 12-week long FYP to develop an AI generated recommendation app.
Aim: to provide the best itinerary based on either GPS or locale selected, customized to user's profile.
Roles: As a business consultant (volunteer), I goes to SEG side every monday whereby I assist them with my business knowledge and help out in developing personas, CJMs, user stories, marketing mix, business model canvas, monetization model and primary research (surveys, user testing interviews), recommendations
